‘It’s happening!’ Blue announce first new music in 7 YEARS with album Heart & Soul as the boy band delay their comeback tour
Blue have announced their first new music in seven years, with album Heart & Soul.
Sharing a video of themselves to social media, the boy band sat together to explain that their new album – set for release on September 9 – is available for pre-order, while also confirming they have delayed their comeback tour.
Alongside the clip, they wrote: It’s happening! We are pleased to announce our sixth studio album ‘Heart & Soul’ is now available for pre-order.’

Duncan James, 44, began: ‘Now, we’ve already announced that we’re going back on tour this year, but we’ve got some extra special news!’
Simon Webbe, 43, continued: ‘We’ve been in the studio writing a brand new album.’
Lee Ryan, 38, added: ‘And it’s called: Heart and Soul’ with Antony Costa, 40, noting: ‘And you can pre-order now!’
Simon reminded fans: ‘And don’t forget we’re going on tour, and the tour’s called Heart & Soul as well, so it ties in together, you’re going to need the album!’

New dates: Blue also confirmed they have delayed their comeback tour until December
Blue’s sixth studio album will be their first LP since 2015’s Colours.
The band’s reunion tour – originally scheduled for September 2022 – was initially set to mark two decades since the 2001 release of their chart-topping debut album, All Rise, but has now been pushed back to December.
In a statement, the Blue’s representatives said: ‘Due to some very exciting plans to be announced in due course, Blue have had to move back their tour a few months.
‘Special guests are due to be announced and all tickets purchased previously will remain valid for the new date.’

The group first reunited in January 2011 and represented the UK in that year’s Eurovision Song Contest, coming in 11th place after a performance of I Can in Dusseldorf.
They went on to release two more studio albums, their fourth Roulette in 2013 and their fifth Colours in 2015.
In 2013, they joined groups including Liberty X, Atomic Kitten and 5ive to give a one-off gig as part of The Big Reunion.
